We don't need to believe in horoscopes to admit that last year was indeed full of changes in our company—both in terms of personnel and products.
At the last OKRs, we summarized the entire year 2025, but with a focus on the fourth quarter. Here are the most important achievements from the last three months in each department.

IT: More comprehensive database of companies and individuals
In the fourth quarter, we focused on improving the performance of our Business and People Database (BFO).
- We have supplemented the BFO databases with companies' contact details, such as email addresses, telephone numbers, and website addresses.
- We have increased the frequency of data updates in BFO.
Of course, we haven't forgotten about collecting data for our other products.
- Research and development: we worked on extracting new data from tables in PDF format, including financial statements.
- New data sources in the API: we have made data from the SUDOP (public aid granted) and RDR (concessions, licenses, permits) registers available for production use.
In the first quarter of 2026, we plan to prioritize the integration of our invoicing system with KSeF, add new data sources (including public tenders from the Public Procurement Bulletin), and make the "Decision-makers" information group available in BFO.
Product: Work on analytics and a new service
We help sales and marketing departments track the effectiveness of their activities by building new analytical dashboards —ones that combine data from various sources in one place.
From the new year, we are also starting work on the MGBI Portal – a service that will allow you to use our products on a single account and in one place! Ultimately, it will replace our existing services bnf.pl and imsig.pl.
Marketing: Focus on domestic and international sales
We have created presentation materials in English and are working on an English version of the website mgbi.pl.
In addition, we decided to place more direct emphasis on sales activities. Apart from our regular industry articles available to everyone, we have made more materials available that directly encourage people to take advantage of MGBI's offer.
Sales: Full implementation of new personnel
Last year was primarily marked by personnel changes in our sales department, but now we can proudly say that we are a well-coordinated and fully integrated team!
We take care of our regular customers, help new ones choose the best offer for themselves, and in the first quarter of 2026, we will be more active in the area of outbound sales. We also plan to introduce a new discount policy.
Integration at karaoke
OKRs are a rare opportunity for us to meet as a whole team, which normally works from different parts of Poland.
This time, we had a great time at Zagrywki in Warsaw. We played Shuffleboard (a game similar to table curling), pinball, and finally grabbed the microphones in the karaoke room. It turned out that we have some hidden vocal talents in our team 😉
After busy OKR summaries and cheerful team building, we feel that we have the strength to enter 2026 with momentum—the year of the fiery horse!
