The aforementioned cottage was also the venue for our company integration event, and Turbacz played a significant role in it. However, before we say more on this subject, find out how the individual departments of MGBI fared in the period from April to June and what we will be focusing on in the coming months.

Two new products – Public Registers API and Analytical Reports

In recent months, we have introduced two important products that enrich our offer and respond to market needs.

The first one is Public Registers API, enabling fast and efficient access to key business data from public registers. The second is Analytical Reports, providing our clients with in-depth market and industry analysis.

Product – focus on developing the BFO database and new analytical tools

In the product section, the main focus was on enriching the BFO database with additional company website addresses, which allows for advanced analysis of their content using AI tools.

We are also continuing our work on improving cooperation between departments, particularly in the area of creating product guides that will make it easier for our customers to use MGBI products.

IT – new data models, API development, and efficiency at the forefront

The IT team has been working intensively on developing the MGBI-API, introducing new data models. This allows our customers to use more detailed information and integrate data from public registers with their systems more effectively.

We have also released the first version of the API management admin panel, which streamlines the process of granting access. Another important element was improving the performance and stability of our systems, especially the BNF.pl website.

Marketing – the new version of BNF.pl and the first report on banks' business customers

One of the most important tasks for the marketing department in the second quarter of 2025 was working on the rebranding of the BNF.pl. Now our users can enjoy an even more intuitive and attractive interface that is more consistent with MGBI's visual identity.

In addition, we published our first analytical report on business customers of banks, in which we used data from the VAT Taxpayers Register (available as part of the Public Registers API product).

Sales – team development and even better customer service

In Q2, the sales department focused primarily on team development. We successfully recruited two new employees, which will allow us to respond even better to our customers' needs.

At the same time, we placed great emphasis on maintaining high quality of ongoing service, focusing on optimizing lead management processes and developing outbound sales.

Integration in Gorce

This time, we decided to combine business with pleasure, and this OKR session took place in an unusual location—a wooden cabin on the outskirts of Nowy Targ, right next to the trail leading to the summit of Turbacz.

The trip to the highest peak of the Gorce Mountains was the culmination of our integration. The day before, there were concerns about the weather – temperatures above 30 degrees and almost no wind meant that the trail would be difficult. However, during the night, the temperature dropped by more than 10 degrees, and dark clouds covered the sky, from which a light rain began to fall.

The MGBI team set off briskly along the yellow trail. The most difficult part was the first stage, full of fairly steep climbs along a road covered with stones, which were quite challenging for inexperienced mountaineers. With time, however, the route flattened out, and covering each subsequent kilometer was rewarded with beautiful views of clearings and other hills of the Gorce range surrounding Turbacz.

The last stop before reaching the summit was the PTTK mountain shelter, where we ate lunch, tired but definitely satisfied. While there, it is worth taking a good look around – you can see Lake Czorsztyńskie spreading picturesquely across the valley. After the meal, we had a short section of the trail left to cover, ending at the summit of Turbacz. We took a different, green trail on the way back.
