W styczniu 2026 r. ogłoszono 1 888 upadłości konsumenckich i złożono 2 382 wniosków o ogłoszenie upadłości konsumenckiej.

W grudniu 2025 r. ogłoszono 2 039 upadłości konsumenckich i złożono 2 420 wniosków o ogłoszenie upadłości konsumenckiej.

Grudzień 2025 r. przyniósł ogłoszenie upadłości w 39 firmach. Do sądów trafiło przy tym 200 wniosków o rozpoczęcie tej procedury.

W grudniu 2025 r. upadłość ogłosiło 39 firm. Nowe postępowania restrukturyzacyjne rozpoczęły się natomiast w 452 przedsiębiorstwach.

W IV kwartale 2025 r. zwiększyła się liczba nowych upadłości konsumenckich w porównaniu do poprzednich trzech miesięcy. Zmniejszyła się natomiast liczba wniosków w tej sprawie.
